Attorney Ryan A. DeHoyos has concentrated his career in several fields of law in order to provide expert legal advice and a compassionate atmosphere in which a client feels comfortable enough to share his story. Ryan believes that an open dialogue is critical to understanding all of the issues that are involved in the dispute. Frequently, there are underlying goals and motivations that drive a client's actions. Many attorneys do not take the time to discover these facts, but they are crucial for a successful case. Ryan is dedicated to working hard for his clients, including taking the time to discover the motivations necessary to craft a case strategy that is tailored for the client. Representing victims who have been injured in an auto or oil field accident, parties to a civil/commercial dispute, providing general counsel consulting, or individuals going through a divorce, Ryan is able to offer dedicated advocacy with a focus on results.

Ryan is one of the founding members of the DeHoyos & Connolly, PLLC in Houston, Texas. He made the decision to start his own firm several years ago because he wanted to offer client-centric services based on hard work and individual attention rather than gimmicks to attract clients. When he could not find a firm that offered this unique focus, he decided that the goal was important enough to create a new type of law firm.

Many legal matters involve complex financial analyses and require a clear strategic plan in order to resolve the dispute to best suit the needs of the client. Ryan has worked hard to sharpen his legal and business skills in order to satisfy the needs of his clients. This includes understanding the basics of putting together a case, filing the appropriate documents, taking depositions, crafting effective motions, and thriving in a courtroom environment. However, zealously advocating on behalf of a client requires much more than that. Ryan believes that working hard on behalf each client is essential to enforcing an individual's rights and interests.'

Ryan graduated from Texas A & M University in 1999 and went to work for a fortune 500 company in order to develop strong business and management skills, which many attorneys lack. After obtaining valuable business skills in the corporate world for several years, he then went to South Texas School of Law and graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2009. Upon graduation, Ryan worked for a local law firm and large businesses to develop litigation, practical legal skills, and trial experience that are now used to obtain the best possible results for his clients.
